RE-SETUP CHARGE: $20.00/v per color per location, applicable to each repeat order, change of ink color, change of imprint location and change of items.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Add $20.00/v per order.

COLOR FILL: $1.25/V per location per piece, applicable on wooden items after laser engraving.

OXIDATION: $0.25/V per location per piece, applicable on metal items with lacquer coating.

We will make every effort to match PMS colors when specified. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

FACE PAPER INSERTION FOR FRAMES: $0.50/v per piece.

MAILER PACKING: $1.50/v per piece for items smaller than 7x10x2, including a mailer box and labor for packing. For items bigger than that, please inquire.

OVER/UNDER RUNS: We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and bill accordingly.

C.O.D. Shipment: $10.00/v per package plus freight costs.­

DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS: Free for the first destination.
$5.00/v for each additional destination.

PRODUCT COLOR: Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in imported products, we can not guarantee exact color match within orders, or on repeat orders from lot to lot.

ART CHARGE & TYPESETTING: Camera-ready color separated to-size art is required. Factory reserves the right to determine if art is camera-ready. Art submitted either in hardcopy or digital files requiring extensive reworking, color separation or typesetting will be subject to an Art Charge at $30.00/v per hour, minimum $15.00/v.

ARTWORK ELECTRONIC TRANSFER: We can accept artworks saved in floppy disk, CD or transferred via email. The artwork transferred must be originally designed in vector graphics for spot-color imprint. All text must be converted to outlines or curves. The files must be saved in PC format. EPS and CDR files are most preferable. Low resolution GIF or JPG files are not acceptable. We do not guarantee that we will be able to open and read every digital file submitted. We reserve the right to request for B/W camera-ready color separated hard copies when necessary.

BLANK SAMPLES AND RANDOM SAMPLES will be billed at EQP plus shipping. Samples are not returnable and refundable.

PRODUCTION SAMPLES will be billed at the first column price plus setup & running charges & shipping. Production Time: 1 week.

PAPER PROOF: by fax, free.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 2 weeks after we receive your paper proof or sample proof.

5 WORKING DAY RUSH: Add 10% to prices except the freight.
